Donna Breen Stamm

 Accompanist and Assistant Music Director

Ms. Stamm has been associated with Con Brio since its inception. She received her Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Wisconsin, where she studied with Gunnar Johansen. She has studied and performed in New York, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Norway; and she has studied German Art Song with Elly Ameling and Rudolph Jansen.

Ms. Stamm has taught public school music in Madison, Wisconsin and in Hyde Park and Chappaqua, New York; and has been on the music faculty of the University of Bridgeport. She has helped to organize and has performed in American Composer Festivals honoring Vincent Persichetti and Aaron Copland, and is a frequent judge of piano festivals in Connecticut and New York.

Ms. Stamm resides in East Haddam, Connecticut. She is the assistant organist at the First Congregational Church in Essex, CT.
